Belgium coach Roberto Martinez has confirmed that he will not be involved in the 2018 World Cup qualifier against Bosnia in the qualifying round of the 2018 World Cup in Russia if he is not fit.
"Romello is training alone and we will make the final decision on Friday night, but I think Lukako is capable of taking part in the game even though I will not pay if he is not fit," Martinez told the Daily Mail newspaper.
"We will wait as long as possible before making the final decision, and I'm in constant contact with Manchester United and I promise I will not press the player to accelerate his return to the matches."
Lucco suffered an ankle injury when he joined the Belgian national team, and Jose Mourinho, coach of the Red Devils, fears the injury and lack of face to face Liverpool in the eighth round of the English Premier League.
Manchester United are suffering from injury to Frenchman Paul Bojba, where his absence has not yet been determined, and Reds defender Phil Jones has also been out of the England camp because of the injury.
