The European Football Federation (UEFA) plans to take disciplinary action against the Turkish team Besiktas because of what happened during the Leipzig match in the Champions League.
The European Commission's Disciplinary Committee, accusing Bishkek, of organizing poorly, after the game was suspended for 10 minutes due to power outages, from some light poles in the 59th minute of the meeting.
The stadium, which seats 40,000 spectators, was chosen to host the European Super Cup in 2019.
After the match, the Uzbeks' coach, Ralf Haznhatl, said that power was cut off during the period during which he stressed his team's aggressive activity against his Turkish rival in order to reduce the gap.
The EU Monitoring and Ethics Committee is due to take its final decision on the October 19 incident.
